The alleged leak doesn’t say much about the specs, though OnePlus is expected to use Qualcomm’s next-gen premium Snapdragon 800 chips. It may also have updated camera sensors.
OnePlus would present the 9 Pro in March. That would be consistent with OnePlus’ usual one-semester increase, although it is slightly ahead of the 8 Pro’s first anniversary. However, we would be careful not to make too many assumptions. The 9 Pro design could still change in the coming months, and the COVID-19 pandemic has complicated releases for more than a few companies. This is in line with previous leaks, however, and suggests that OnePlus won’t try to shake up its formula in 2021.
